Lubberger Lehment specialises in trade marks, copyright and unfair competition. The firm, which has a good reputation domestically, was formed by a spin-off from Oppenhoff & Rädler in 2000. Its nine lawyers are based in Berlin where they represent German publisher Coty and Deutsche Bahn among others.
