Uexküll & Stolberg is known for its excellent chemistry and pharmaceutical patent prosecution work. As the division of attorneys and lawyers at the firm suggests (it employs 17 of the former and two of the latter) it is predominantly focused on prosecution but has contentious capabilities too. The firm's fee-earners divide their time between its main office in Hamburg and a practice in Munich. Some of the firm's longstanding clients include Exxon Mobil, WR Grace and Johnson & Johnson.
